Reviews:
40-50 minute boat ride north of Pleasant Harbor. The wall appears to be about a 1/4 mile long dropping sharply from shore in a series of ledges down to 150 feet. It is full of Blackeye gobies and Galatheid crabs. There were also occasional Lithod crabs. On this particular dive we found 2 Pacific Giant Ocotpuses, a Giant Nudibranch (dendronotus iris), and a Red Brotula-a rare siting in Puget Sound.
This would seem to be an area that gets little diving pressure.

Fishing line. Small boats.
